THE STORY
Concrete Pumping is in Our Blood.
Originally founded in Hollywood Florida in 1982, Frank Kahn Senior founded HFK Concrete Pumping with a single trailer pump and grew the business into a leading concrete pumping and auger cast piling company. Having grown up in the business, Frank Kahn Jr worked hand in hand with his father, learning all aspects of the concrete pumping business.
In 2007, with signs of the recession looming, Frank Jr left Hollywood Florida to explore new opportunities in Western North Carolina. With just a 36 meter boom pump and a single line pump, 25 year old Frank Jr set out for Burnsville, NC.

The Largest Full Fleet in Western North Carolina
Under Frank Jr’s leadership, and with the support of his father, HFK Concrete Pumping has built and maintains the largest full fleet of concrete pumping equipment serving Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee and Southeast Virginia.
What hasn’t changed is the company’s commitment to being dependable on every single job.
At the core of the company's success are the relationships that have been built with everyone from home owners to local contractors, ready mix suppliers and the larger heavy civil contractors.
