You can’t keep the largest fleet of concrete pumps and pumping equipment in Western NC running without learning a thing or two about servicing them.
We have a team of three in house technicians with over 60 years of combined experience working on concrete pumps and unless its covered by a manufacturers warranty, we perform 100% of our maintenance in house; from bumper to bumper and from the tires to the tip of the hose.

Despite many weather setbacks and installation constraints, HFK has been highly accommodating to our scheduling demands over the course of our 2+ year long project, assisting us with placing more than 38,000 cubic yards of concrete.

Our experience for your Project
When timing is everything
Concrete has a time stamp on it. When a pump goes down, that can wreck a pour in a hurry, costing everyone time and money. Four decades in business has taught us a lot about what parts fail and how to eliminate problems before they happen. We are so proactive in replacing parts before they reach the end of their lifespan, we don’t give them an opportunity to fail.
ON-SITE SERVICE
In the rare case we encounter an issue on the job, we have a fully stocked service truck, outfitted with a crane and welding equipment that allows us to respond immediately and get the equipment back up and running with minimal downtime.
Parts Service
We stock a wide variety of hoses, clamps, tires and wear parts that we know are the most common to fail. This provides peace of mind for our customers so they can rest assured that should we encounter a problem, we’ll have them back up and running with minimal down time.
